Andrew Mitchell, Owner & NJ Master Plumber
Andrew Mitchell grew up in East Orange, NJ. He was introduced to the plumbing trade as a child and has been in this industry for at least fifteen years. Mr. Mitchell has experience in commercial, residential and industrial plumbing and has worked all over New Jersey completing jobs such as boiler installs, toilet installations, roughing and plumbing, water heater installations and much more. In 2014, Mr. Mitchell decided to take his career to the next level and enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. After attending Morris County and Camden County Vocational Technical School, Mr. Mitchell graduated from the Plumbing Apprenticeship Program in 2018. After completing one year as a Journeyman Plumber, he passed the New Jersey Master Plumbing Exam! In 2020, Mitchell's Plumbing & Heating, LLC was created.
Isaiah Pinnock, Apprentice/Business Manager
Isaiah Pinnock grew up in Morristown, NJ. He was introduced to the plumbing trade through his brother-in-law, Andrew Mitchell, approximately summer 2020. After using his managerial skillset to help Mr. Mitchell build the business, Isaiah became hands on and began helping on both fronts of the plumbing business. Mr. Pinnock is expected to graduate from Seton Hall University - College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2021. Mr. Pinnock has grown to love the trade and plans to keep building with MP&H!
Charles Mitchell, Business Manager
Charles Mitchell worked as Lead Plumber with the East Orange Board of Education. After 30 years he has retired from the Board of Education and now works with his son, Andrew Mitchell, to contribute to the family business.
